Troubleshooting

Check these common issues:
  • iOS users: Make sure you're opening the app from your home screen, not Safari
  • Verify notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Check if Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is active
  • Ensure your travel time threshold is realistic (try setting it higher for testing)
  • Try sending a test notification from Settings

Tips for better address recognition:
  • Use complete addresses with street number, street name, city, and state
  • Try adding the ZIP code for better accuracy
  • Use common abbreviations (St, Ave, Blvd) or spell them out completely
  • For businesses, try including the business name
  • If an address isn't found, try a nearby landmark or intersection
Example good addresses:
• 123 Main St, San Francisco, CA 94102
• Apple Park, Cupertino, CA
• SFO Airport, San Francisco, CA

If the app is slow or not loading properly:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Clear your browser cache or restart your device
  • Make sure you're using a supported browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome/Firefox on Android)
  • Update your browser to the latest version
iOS users: If you added the app to your home screen but it's not working properly, try removing it and adding it again.
